On the west side, Ladbroke granted William Cullingford leases of the plots of Nos. 39-43 (odd) and Nos. 32-36 even opposite.
William Judd took No. 38, the remaining east house.
On the west side in 1846, John Snook, a Paddington builder, built Nos. 47-51, and John Pilkington, a St Marylebone builder, built Nos. 53 and 55. Four years later, William Turner built the plots of Nos. 57-61.
